Terms of Service

Push Resume lets you upload a CV, write email templates, and send applications to HR contacts through your connected Gmail account. We provide the tool; you are responsible for the content you send and the recipients you choose.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your login or use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or spammy.

Send only to recipients who may reasonably expect job applications from you. Do not harass anyone, misrepresent yourself, upload malware, or attempt to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or our sending limits.

You keep ownership of your CV, messages, and other content. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to operate Push Resume (for example, attaching your CV to emails you send).

Sending email requires connecting your Google account. You can disconnect at any time from your profile. Push Resume sends mail only when you explicitly request it.

Push Resume is provided "as is." We do not guarantee interviews, replies, or job offers. We are not responsible for how recipients respond to your applications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Push Resume and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (or zero if you use the free tier).

We may change these terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these terms.
