Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email, password), your CV and email templates, a history of applications you send through the app, and basic usage data such as when you sign in or send an email.

If you connect Google, we receive OAuth tokens so we can send email on your behalf via Gmail. We do not read your inbox beyond what is needed to send your applications.

We use your information to run the service: storing your CV, sending emails you request, showing your send history, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on trusted providers to operate Push Resume, including Supabase (database and auth), Google (Gmail sending when you connect your account), Cloudflare (bot protection), and our hosting provider. These partners only process data needed to provide the service.

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your CV and review your send history from your profile. If you delete your account, we remove associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal or security reasons.

You can access and update your profile information in the app. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting support. Where applicable, you may also have rights under privacy laws in your region (such as access, correction, or erasure).

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and rate limits on sending. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and keep your login details private.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use of Push Resume after changes means you accept the updated policy.
